About This App

A powerful browser-based mail-merge tool designed for visual documents such as certificates, student ID cards, name badges, diplomas, and awards. Upload any template image and define variable fields — text, dates, numbers, photos, QR codes, or auto-increment serial numbers — by placing and sizing them directly on the canvas. Import recipient data from CSV files with smart column auto-mapping, or enter records manually in a built-in data table. Preview each merged document in real time with a record navigator. Customize every field with font selection (16 fonts including Google Fonts), size, color, alignment, bold/italic styling, letter spacing, line height, text transforms, rotation, opacity, and optional background or border. Set fields as static to display the same value on every document. Export individual merged documents or batch-export all records as high-quality PNG or JPG images at the template's original resolution — no quality loss. Bundle batch exports into a single ZIP file for easy download. Save and load complete projects including template, fields, data, and settings. Auto-saves to browser storage so you never lose work. Runs entirely in your browser — your data never leaves your device.

How to Use

  1. 1 Upload a template image (certificate, ID card, badge, diploma, etc.) by dragging into the upload area or clicking to browse
  2. 2 Add fields using the 'Add Field' button — choose from text, date, number, image, QR code, or serial number types
  3. 3 Position and resize fields on the template canvas by dragging and using corner handles
  4. 4 Customize each field's appearance in the Field Properties panel (font, size, color, alignment, etc.)
  5. 5 Import data via CSV upload or enter records manually in the Data panel
  6. 6 Navigate through records using the record navigator to preview each merged document
  7. 7 Toggle Preview Mode (P) to see the final merged result with actual data
  8. 8 Export the current document or batch-export all records as PNG/JPG
  9. 9 Use ZIP export for batch downloads of all merged documents
  10. 10 Save your project to continue editing later
